Stop the clock offer:
1) Stop-the-clock dishes are the same as the evening dishes with the exception on some of the live cooking which may not be available.
2) Only valid Monday to Saturday (Excluding Sundays).
3) Customers will have to mention the “Stop the Clock” offer before they sit down to dine, otherwise it will be invalid.
4) Customers have to vacate the table and settle the bill by 6.45pm (Monday To Thursday) and 6.30pm (Friday and Saturday) to take up this offer.
5) If a customer decides to stay past that time then they will be charged the full evening price.
6) Customer will have to purchase a drink for this offer to be valid.
7) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8) For children under 10 years of age they may require proof of age, any other children are subject to a minimum of £5.00 charge.
9) In December, the “Stop The Clock” prices are subject to change.

15% Student and 15% NHS discount:
1) Student and NHS discount is available to use from Monday through to Thursday evenings only (excluding bank holidays and December month) and not valid with “Stop the Clock”, “Late O’Clock” or any other promotional offer.
2) 1 valid NUS/Emergency Services card holder can use their discount on a maximum of 10. This discounts applies to food only . Drinks will not be discounted.
3) Only 1 card can be used per table. If there are more than 10 people to a table, the discount will only be given to 10 people.
4) If there are any children on your table, the discount will be applied to their meals first.
5) If you suggest splitting any party larger than 10 people to more than one table so you can use more than one card, the entire offer will be withdrawn.
6) For the discount to apply, you will have to provide your valid NUS/Emergency Services card before the meal.
7) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8) Only one offer will be available, either NUS or Emergency Services.
9) Management reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any given time without prior notice.

Late O’Clock Offer:
- 1) Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2) Only valid Monday to Saturdays (excluding Sundays)
3) Customers will have to mention the ‘Late O’Clock’ offer before they sit down to dine, otherwise the offer will be invalid.
4) Customers cannot sit at the table before 9:00pm (Monday – Thursday) and 9:30pm (Friday – Saturday) else the ‘Late O’Clock’ offer will be invalid.
5) Customers must pay their bills and vacate their table by 10:30m (Monday – Thursday) and by 11:00pm (Friday – Saturday) to take up this offer.
6) If a customer sits at their table before the stated times or stays past the stated times, they will be charged the full evening price.
7) Customers will have to purchase a drink for this offer to be valid.
8) For children under 10 years of age they may require proof of age, any other children are subject to a minimum of a £5.00 charge.
9) This offer is not available in the month of December.
10) Management reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any given time without prior notice.

General Terms And Condition:
- 1) Any children that are under 10 years of age will be charged at a lower price. Children may have to provide proof of age in some circumstances.
- 2) Chef & Spice have the right to charge customers £3.50 per plate for excessive waste of food.
- 3) All customers have a maximum time of two hours to dine after which they will have to vacate the table.
4) Customers who book a table for a certain time will have to be at the restaurant on time otherwise their table will be given away to the next available customer and they may have to wait longer for a table to become available.
5) For Sunday Lunch prices – you must vacate the table and settle the bill by 4pm to get the lunch price.
6) Chef & Spice reserve the rights to change any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
7) Chef & Spice do not have a service charge and all tips are shared by the staff here.
8) Customers that are not dining will not be able to sit at the table with their friends when it is busy, if it is not busy they can sit at the table which will incur a charge of £5.00
9) Any Children will sit on our chair or high Chair will be subject to normal Child price. No Child will eat free at all.
10) It is the customer’s responsibility to check the bill before leaving the premises. Any claim of overpayment or disagreement cannot be rectified after you have left the premises. Any claim made after you have left the premises will be invalid.
11) For larger parties, any significant change in numbers, we will need to be notified at least 24 hours before the reservation date. Failing to do so will result in a charge of up to 80% of the original reservation total of numbers. - 12) High-value items such as Prawn, steak and lamb chops should only be consumed by mixing with other foods. You are not allowed to consume these items excessively or as your only food for your meal.
